Negative Mud LL with INEOS

What happened:

During operation drilling did go slower than expected and way too often the boats has to go to the base only to pick up mud chemicals. For example today, 05.11.2021, there is suddenly very little mud chemicals left, after we asked the mud engineer yesterday if he was good, and he said yes. Now, chemicals are express shipped to base and the boat has to go in just to pick that up.

What was planned:

To have sufficient amount of mud chemicals.

What was learned:

The mud chemicals has to be planned better so one doesn’t need to send the boat back and forth just because of the chemicals. One shall try to ship more together and make a plan of mud and chemicals that can at least hold for a week.

What actions are required:

Send out bigger batches of mud chemicals.
